The following is taken from Leading in Prayer by Hughes Oliphant Old (301).
Blessed you are, O Father,
to you be all praise and glory.
Blessed be your name,
O God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!
Yours is the kingdom,
and the power,
and the glory.
All the years of our lives,
you have guided us.
Our needs you have supplied.
Our thirst you have quenched.
Our wounds you have healed.
Our prayers you have heard.
Yours is the kingdom,
and the power,
and the glory.
We are your people.
We would serve you evermore.
We would claim your name.
We would worship and adore you.
Blessed you are, O Father,
whom we would serve in your Son,
to whom with you and the Holy Spirit,
be glory evermore. Amen.
